Every year, Alaska Airlines is obligated by federal regulations to provide training to its employees on Human Factors - a set of twelve traits that, if not recognized and addressed, can pose safety risks.
Instead of implementing a traditional course that would require employees to allocate dedicated time, I developed a series of twelve visually appealing posters to be circulated throughout the year, each covering a different topic.
This alternative approach not only serves as an instructive tool but also creates an enjoyable visual experience. The feedback received thus far has been overwhelmingly positive.
